We can design the perfect Changelope for any fund raising campaign. Setup is $30 unless you order 500 or more (then setup is FREE).
Before you begin this process you will need:
1.) A photo you would like us to use for the Front Image. If you would like for us to find an appropriate photo for you, there is a $25 photo fee and you will need to provide us with a detailed description of the photo you would like to use.
2.) A header for the cover of the Changelope
3.) An optional headline for the Top of the Changelope
4.) An optional headline for the Bottom of the Changelope
5.) Organization Specific Copy: this should include information about your company or organization.
6.) You will need to provide your return/account information.
7.) You will need to provide your logo and address.

500 or more changelopes get FREE setup. The $30 custom design fee will be charged to your credit card then if you order 500 or more it will be credited back to the total amount due. Your Changelope will be proofed to you before it is printed. Even the customer provided art will be proofed. We will not print any Changelope without customer’s approval of the proof. Prices quoted for custom design include up to 3 proofs of your materials. Be sure to let us know of all changes needed right away so we can finalize your pieces within 3 proofs. After the 3rd proof there will be an additional $10 fee per proof sent. Please be sure to read over your proof very carefully before approving it for print. Once your order is approved it will be printed as is. We are not liable for errors in a final product that was approved by the customer. If you are unsure of the quantity that you need, we can go ahead and go through the proofing process and get your quantity later before we print.
